Different Ways to Make Money With Affiliate Marketing

Here is an article by Andrew B Portela, it would help your affiliate marketing drive:

Affiliate marketing is the easiest way to earn a living online today by far. What is affiliate marketing? It’s basically selling some one else’s product on the internet and earning a commission for all of the sales that you make. Sound simple enough right?

Here are the different ways that you can make money with affiliate marketing:

Articles (aka Bum Marketing) – article marketing is the cheapest way to market someone else’s product online. On the flip side it is also the most work involved method. With each article on well chosen article directories, you can get roughly 20 to 50 URL clicks per article. Imagine if you wrote 10 articles, or 15 articles, or 20 articles. You think some of the 400 visitors would buy something?

Pay-Per-Click – possibly the most expensive way of affiliate marketing and if not done right can back fire terribly. Pay-per-click should be done through the major search engines only such as Google Adwords, Yahoo’s Overture, MSN, and maybe Ask.com. Make sure you do your research! Learn to use adwords as well as you possibly can or it will come back and bite you in the behind. I know from experience.

List-Building – only costs a little bit of money and can be the most profitable form of affiliate marketing. No matter what kind of affiliate marketing you are choosing to do you should always be building a list. To build a list you’ll need a website, a membership to an email list website (I suggest Aweber.com), and a well written squeeze page. A squeeze page is a short marketing sales copy asking the reader for their name and email address in exchange for something.

Articles + List-Building – My favorite! Basically what you do is follow the article marketing regiment that I told you about before, but instead of sending them straight to your affiliate site, send them to your squeeze page. And then once they fill out the form, direct them to the affiliate’s site. Great stuff because chances are the reader will not buy the product on the first shot of reading the sales copy. But if you’re sending them follow up messages and enticing them to go back two or three times, your chance of making that sale has raised exponentially.

If you want to get into internet marketing but have no experience than I suggest getting into affiliate marketing. It’s the best way to learn the ropes to the business.
